The e-Commerce Technology program offers an interdisciplinary approach that bridges information systems, computing, busi¬ness and communication disciplines. The integration of these disciplines provides a solid foundation for effective management of today’s complex systems. The program emphasizes strategic, management, operational and technical aspects of systems using appropriate decision tools, methods and technologies. Verbal and nonverbal communication modes are incorporated into the problem-solving process to promote the use of different informa¬tion technologies including multimedia, Web and distributed environments.
